Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll influence strategy, shape architecture, drive innovation, and help establish a modern engineering culture where AI sits at the heart of everything we do.You''ll likely bring:Significant experience in software engineering and solution architectureA passion for emerging technologies and innovationExperience leading engineering teams or technical functionsThe ability to coach, mentor and scale teams as the organisation growsExperience with Salesforce, GCP, MuleSoft or AI platforms such as Claude/Anthropic would be highly advantageous.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsThis is a permanent role paying up to £115k and based in the office 3 days per week.
