Principal Wastewater Modeller

Our client, a leading design and engineering consultancy, is currently seeking a Principal Wastewater Modeller to join their Water department in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:Delivering a programme of modelling work with a focus on technical delivery, cost and programme managementLeading a team of junior modellers and providing technical guidance, support, and trainingWorking on diverse projects, including feasibility studies, model building, and surface water management plansEngaging with clients'' technical teams to ensure successful project deliveryDeveloping innovative modelling tools and processesEnsuring quality assurance and control across all project deliverables Job Requirements:Experience using Infoworks ICMWater quality modelling and/or undertaking UPM studies is advantageousProficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS or MapinfoExperience in managing projects and acting as a technical discipline leadSkills in managing modelling teams from a commercial/financial perspectiveUnderstanding of market trends and a keen interest in business developmentChartered status with ICE or CIWEM Benefits:Flexible working hours and hybrid working optionsCollaborative work environment with passionate expertsGenuine opportunities for career progression If you have a passion for developing pioneering urban drainage solutions and want to contribute to transformative projects, we would love to hear from you.
