The RoleAs a Principal Transport Planner, you''ll take a leading role in the delivery of a range of development-related transport projects, providing technical expertise and strategic advice to clients.Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing complex development-related transport projectsPreparing and reviewing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Access AppraisalsDeveloping transport strategies and undertaking multi-modal trip generation, forecasting and scenario testingProviding technical guidance across transport planning and modellingUsing industry-standard software including TRICS, TEMPRO, Junctions and LinSigApplying relevant standards and guidance including MfS, DMRB, LTN 1/20, Active Travel guidance and Healthy Streets principlesManaging project teams, delegating tasks and overseeing quality, programme and budgetsLiaising with clients, local authorities and other stakeholdersRepresenting clients at ..... full job details .....
