Principal Transition Lead

They are seeking a highly skilled Principal Transition Lead to deliver critical services across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in both winning and delivering major public sector contracts, leading high-profile mobilisation and transition programmes from bid through to operational delivery. This role combines strategic business growth, programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will work at the heart of major contract pursuits and complex transformation projects, helping shape winning solutions while ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Following contract award, you will take ownership of programme delivery, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder confidence, governance, financial control, and achievement of programme outcomes. This is a permanent role working from home with regular travel required due to the nature of the role, the salary banding for the position is £70,000 to £100,000.
