Principal Sustainability Consultant

What You’ll Do:

Lead the delivery of large-scale projects with some of the most innovative clients in the industry.Take ownership of developing and mentoring junior team members.Lead environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM) from the initial stages all the way through to completion.Conduct detailed modelling and analysis, including embodied carbon, circular economy opportunities, building performance, and overheating.Run workshops with clients and design teams, sharing your sustainability expertise.Ensure that project teams meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results on time.What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations Part L (Elmhurst, IES) and Net Zero carbon strategies.Experience in conducting thermal comfort and overheating assessments.Ability to support and produce planning applications.At least 7–8 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ideally in the built environment.A genuine passion for sustainability and its application within the built environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience in managing teams and driving projects towards successful completion.Benefits:
