What the job will be doing Property management activities including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Service Charges, Acquisitions and disposals including Highways disposals The preparation and implementation of Asset Management Plans for the operational property portfolio Providing corporate advice on the management of operational assets to optimise use.
