The RoleReporting into senior engineering leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of structural engineering projects while ensuring technical excellence across multiple teams and disciplines Key responsibilities include: Leading structural design delivery across major projects and programmes Managing and developing structural engineering teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing and technical oversight Reviewing and approving structural calculations, drawings, specifications, reports and digital design outputs Acting as a technical authority, providing guidance, assurance and quality control Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance Supporting bids, tenders, fee proposals and technical submissions Reporting project progress, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders Driving innovation, sustainability and buildability within structural solutions Promoting best practice in health, safety and project delivery Mentoring and ..... full job details .....
