This is a high-profile position for a Chartered Structural Engineer who combines exceptional technical knowledge with strong leadership and commercial awareness. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating structural design teams, overseeing project delivery and ensuring engineering solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Working across major projects and multiple design packages, you will provide technical direction from the early design stages through to completion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications, reports and digital models, validating complex structural analysis, and ensuring designs are practical, coordinated and buildable. Beyond technical delivery, you will oversee project resources, programmes and budgets, manage changes effectively and contribute to fee proposals, tenders and technical scopes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary colleagues, helping to strengthen client relationships, drive innovation and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
