The role:

• Lead projects and guide design teams
• Deliver innovative structural solutions
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients
• Mentor junior engineers and grow into senior leadership

About you:

• A confident structural designer with leadership experience
• Skilled in Tekla, Tedds, and industry standards
• A great communicator with a sharp eye for detail - and a sense of humour
