We''re thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Bexley who are looking to appoint a Principal Solicitor (Litigation) for the 3 months ongoing, at the rate of 29 per hour umbrella Job responsibilitiesThis is the main purpose or objective of the job To provide legal and procedural advice and services in the most effective and efficient way to meet the requirements of the Services and Departments.Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / KRA:The jobholder will be expected to complete the responsibilities / accountabilities effectively in order to deliver the key objectives of the organisationDeliver high quality legal advice and services to the Services and Departments and their staff including, where appropriate, drafting documents and legal proceedings.Undertake litigation and advocacy in the courts, tribunals.
