Principal Software Engineer

A well-established RandD organisation and market leader is looking to rapidly expand its engineering team and is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership within its development team near Leicestershire. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will take technical ownership of complex embedded software and DSP development activities, supporting the design and implementation of advanced communications systems. The successful candidate will bring strong embedded/bare-metal software experience, a deep understanding of digital signal processing, and proven capability in implementing communication signal processing algorithms such as DDCs, filters and FFTs.
