They''re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction of their platform.  Key Responsibilities:  Lead architecture and implementation of systems in C#/.NET Build low-latency applications handling high-volume data traffic Drive technical vision and mentor engineers across the team Oversee code reviews, coding standards and CI/CD pipelines   Key Requirements:  10+ years C# and .NET Core Strong distributed systems and microservices background Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar messaging technologies Proficiency with TCP/IP, gRPC and high-availability protocols Performance tuning, concurrency and multithreading expertise Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD familiarity Relevant degree    If this sounds like your next challenge, apply with a copy of your CV.</description>
