Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovative technology company developing mission-critical systems used by organisations worldwide. They''re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and implementation of systems in C#/.NET
• Build low-latency applications handling high-volume data traffic
• Drive technical vision and mentor engineers across the team
• Oversee code reviews, coding standards and CI/CD pipelines

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years C# and .NET Core
• Strong distributed systems and microservices background
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar messaging technologies
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, gRPC and high-availability protocols
• Performance tuning, concurrency and multithreading expertise
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD familiarity
• Relevant degree
