They are now expanding their civil design capability in the South East, with this role forming part of a growing team based in Epsom.

The Role
As a Senior / Principal Engineer, you’ll lead the delivery of civil design packages across infrastructure projects, including:
- Roads, drainage, and earthworks design
- Development infrastructure and external works
- SuDS and drainage strategies
- Multidisciplinary design coordination
You’ll also:
- Lead and review technical design outputs
- Mentor junior engineers
- Engage with clients and stakeholders
- Take projects from concept through to delivery

What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure design
- Background in roads, drainage, and earthworks
- Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Experience working to UK design standards (DMRB, S38/S278, etc.)
- Ability to lead projects and check designs
Desirable: Temporary works design experience
