Principal / Senior Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London Rate: 575 - 725 per day (DOE) Contract: Interim / Temporary Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in borough, 2 days remote) Duration: Ongoing An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to join the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as a Principal or Senior Building Control Surveyor. Working within a highly regarded Building Control team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, regeneration and public-sector developments. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant technical responsibility while contributing to the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service across one of London''s most dynamic boroughs. You will also play a key role in supporting service improvement, mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of Building Control within the evolving Building Safety Regulator framework.
