While text-to-video models are advancing, control over these models remains limited. Your team will develop control mechanisms that give creators the ability to iterate quickly and craft their visions with both semantic and low-level controls.You will have the freedom to develop your research agenda, collaborate with academia, publish your findings, and make a significant real-world impact. Adobe''s deep understanding of video production, extensive partnerships, and a culture that values creativity make this an exceptional environment. You will work closely with filmmakers, product teams, Adobe Research, ML teams, and designers.Qualifications:PhD in Computer Science or related fieldProven leadership with groundbreaking researchAbility to attract top researchersExperience in generative AI (video experience a plus)Passion for creative applications (filmmaking or video creation a plus)Strong leadership qualitiesOutstanding communication skillsCompensation:The annual salary range is $193,900 to $362,400, varying by location, experience, and skills.
