The Role As Principal Development Scientist, you''ll lead a small team of scientists while driving the technical development of novel biosensor technologies. Working within a collaborative RandD environment, you''ll combine hands-on laboratory work with project leadership, scientific strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of novel diagnostic assays and biosensor technologies. Manage, mentor and develop a team of RandD scientists. Design, execute and oversee complex experimental programmes. Develop electrochemical methods and assay chemistries.
