You''ll work across multi-disciplinary engineering teams, influencing system design and ensuring projects meet customer and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead safety engineering activities and deliver agreed project milestones. Ensure safety targets are achieved through effective hardware, software and firmware design. Lead safety reviews, audits and safety committee meetings. Carry out and oversee safety analysis, including HAZOP , FFA, FTA, FMECA and LOPA . Lead risk assessments and develop ALARP justifications . Produce high-quality technical documentation and safety arguments. Present safety cases and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
