This is a senior technical role responsible for the design, simulation, validation and lifecycle of RF and mixed-signal hardware, from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and design of precision RF and mixed-signal hardware. Design across DC to 27GHz, with 50GHz+ experience desirable. Perform RF simulation, modelling and analysis using tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS or CST. Use VNAs, spectrum/phase-noise analysers, signal generators, power meters and TDRs. Lead design reviews, verification, risk management and component obsolescence. Work closely with manufacturing and test teams on design-for-manufacture and yield. Provide technical leadership and mentoring across the engineering team. Contribute to future RF technology and product development.
