This role would be to join their non tech hiring team recruiting mainly HR and Talent Acquisition professionals across the Tech market. This is a very warm desk with lots of existing client relationships. You would have access to partner top brands, collaborating across the business and traveling to meet clients as needed. All directors and managers have been promoted from within and there is a strong focus on organic stable growth as well as strong client partnerships with communities, face to face events and working closely with the events and marketing teams. This is a warm desk with BD required. The Package Senior Recruiters, Principal Consultants and Managing Consultants paying 30-60k basic salary depending on level and previous success and billings. You can be hired at management level without having a team.
