An exciting opportunity has arisen for an-experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant-to join a growing recruitment business specialising in-White Collar Construction recruitment-in Nottingham.

This role will focus on-permanent placements, working on an-established desk with warm clients already in place, giving you the opportunity to-hit the ground running while continuing to grow and develop the desk further.

We are looking for a-proven biller with a strong track record in recruitment-who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As a-Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a-permanent recruitment desk within the White Collar Construction sector
• Work with-existing warm clients-while developing new business opportunities
• Manage the-full 360 recruitment lifecycle-from client acquisition to placement
• Build strong relationships with both-clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new opportunities within the construction market
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a-Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
• Strong background in-White Collar Construction recruitment
• Demonstrated-track record of billing and successful placements
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ambitious, driven and commercially minded
