Role and Contract

The Role: The Quality Engineer is to support the Quality Function in order to achieve a scope of work which ensures that the Business Unit remains compliant to the local Quality Business Management System.

Responsibilities

Work as a fully contributory member of the Quality teamResponsible for demonstrating SHE and responsible business behavioursAble to access, have a clear understanding of and develop the local Management System documentation e.g. policies, procedures, workmanship standards, risk assessments and processes in their related area

Skills

The ability to interpret specifications, procedures and contract requirementsExperience of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies; Fishbone, 5 Why, relationship diagrams, six sigma etc. gathering and analysing evidence cross functionally

Experience / Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO 9001/ EN9100 standardsUnderstanding of Business Management Systems, Operational Framework and Operational Assurance process
