What you''ll be doing: In this role, you will be joining an established, continuously evolving team at the forefront of Dreadnought and Astute submarine construction, covering all the Barrow site. You will be supporting SSNA build strategy and design reviews to ensure NDT is appropriate planned and achievable for future contracts. You will be managing your own tasks and delivering results, anticipating and escalating problem areas, providing guidance, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the Quality department and Operations staff.
