Description Priory Hospital Nelson House Salary - £58,250 per annum FTE Part-time - 22.5 HoursWe are seeking a Principal Psychologist to join the team on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. The actual salary for these hours is £34,950 per annum.Priory Hospital Nelson House, Gosport, Hampshire is a rehabilitation service offering level 1 and level 2 care for males with mental health conditions and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and substance misuse issues. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along Rowner Road and Portsmouth Harbour railway station approximately 3-4 miles from the service. What you''ll be doing As a Principal Psychologist, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping psychological care and improving outcomes for patients with complex mental health needs. Combining specialist clinical expertise with strong leadership, you''ll drive evidence-based practice, support the development of your team and help deliver compassionate, recovery-focused care.You will: Provide senior clinical leadership within the psychology service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions.
