Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you''ll support Technical Authority teams in identifying, assessing and mitigating risk, while contributing to the development of robust safety cases and hazard management strategies. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge, safety-critical technologies, influencing safety approaches from concept through to in-service support and disposal.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Technical Authority teams in managing hazards, risks and mitigationsDevelop and maintain hazard logs and improve data maturityLead or contribute to safety strategy and safety case developmentProduce high-quality documentation including: Safety casesSafety plansHazard logsFacilitate and participate in HAZID workshops and safety reviewsCollaborate with engineering teams to gather evidence supporting safety acceptanceSkills and Experience RequiredStrong understanding of safety management processes and methodologiesExperience across multiple stages of the engineering lifecycleKnowledge of applicable standards such as: DSA-02JSP 430Def Stan 00-56MIL-STD-882EBS EN 61508Experience developing technical documentation to a high standardFamiliarity ..... full job details .....
