This is a senior individual contributor role where you''ll shape the future of regulatory technology while partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver transformative solutions for the fintech ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy

for our Payment Screening application, aligning product vision with business objectives and customer needs while maintaining full ownership of the product roadmapLead cross-functional collaboration

with your dedicated engineering squad, applying empowered product team principles to drive autonomous decision-making and rapid value deliveryDrive product outcomes through rigorous metrics frameworks , establishing KPIs, success metrics, and measurement systems that connect product decisions to business impactShape go-to-market strategy and pricing models , partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimise product positioning, packaging, and monetisationConduct deep competitive and market analysis

to identify opportunities for differentiation and inform strategic product decisionsInfluence platform and enabling services

roadmaps, ensuring your product''s needs are represented in shared infrastructure and capability planningChampion customer-centric product discovery , conducting regular customer interviews, analysing usage patterns, and synthesising insights into actionable product improvementsLeverage AI and emerging technologies

to enhance product capabilities, improve user experiences, and create competitive advantages in the regulatory services spaceCommunicate product vision and progress

to stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership, with clarity and convictionEstablish product operations excellence , implementing modern product delivery tracking, experimentation frameworks, and continuous improvement processesRequired Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in senior/principal IC roles owning complex B2B SaaS productsProven track record of driving significant business outcomes through product strategy, with demonstrable impact on revenue, user adoption and/or market positionDeep expertise in metrics-driven product management, including experience designing and implementing comprehensive measurement frameworksExcellence in product discovery and customer research methodologies, with ability to translate insights into successful product strategiesDemonstrable experience with crafting a product from initial concept to market launch, blending innovation, meticulous planning, and strategic execution, supported by iterative development and crucial post-launch analysis.Strong technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams on complex platform productsExperience with modern product delivery methodologies (continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmaps, experimentation frameworks)Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence without authority across all organisational levelsBachelor''s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferredAbout You You likely have some or all of the following experiences:You''ve worked with regulatory technology, compliance platforms, or risk management solutions (though we value strong product fundamentals over specific domain expertise)You''ve successfully launched and scaled products in the fintech ecosystem and understand the unique challenges of this spaceYou''re familiar with AI/ML product integration and have ideas about how these technologies can transform user experiencesYou''ve influenced platform or infrastructure teams while maintaining product autonomy, understanding how to balance shared services with product-specific needsYou have experience with pricing strategy and product monetization models for enterprise SaaS, or you''re excited to develop this expertiseYou''ve contributed to the product management community through writing, speaking, or mentoring, and enjoy sharing knowledge with othersWe''re looking for someone who brings a unique combination of experiences and perspectives.
