What we’re looking for

Proven experience at

Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior level

in Design.

Expert in UX, UI and/ or UX Research

Background in

product-led organisations

Strong understanding of

UX and UI principles , with the ability to bridge research and design.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset, but comfortable staying hands-on with research where needed.

Salary up to

£110,000

+ Private Health + 8% Pension
