This is a hands-on enforcement role, suited to an experienced officer who is confident managing complex Private Sector Housing cases independently from the initial inspection right through to resolution. You will be working across housing conditions, HMOs, property licensing and enforcement, dealing with both reactive complaints and proactive investigations into non-compliant and unlicensed properties.
