      <description>Location: Derbyshire | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum + benefits | Type: Permanent | Principal Powertrain Systems Engineer                                   Derbyshire, UK                     £60-75k + bonus + benefits      As principal engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of base engine systems for a new engine programme. This will involve working with subcontractors that will provide detailed level design expertise.     Your role will involve working with the chief engineer and other principal engineers to establish system requirements and specifications, oversea the detailed design, integration, development and validation of the complete engine system.      Your background:  Principal Powertrain Systems Engineer     Proven direct experience with the design / development of base engine (ICE) systems.
