We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated planning professional who can demonstrate the qualities to hit the ground running and successfully manage a caseload of multiple large scale Residential Schemes (circa. 100 units) as well as mixed used retail and commercial schemes. To apply for this role, it is essential that you have worked as a development management case officer in a local authority planning department or at an equivalent level in a private practice. The successful candidate must demonstrate good technical knowledge and understanding of relevant planning legislation and national guidance. Experience of working in a rural area would also be desirable and being MRTPI will be looked upon favourably though is not necessary.
