Principal Planning Officer

Principal Planning Officer London £45 to £50 per hour Initial 3 Month Contract Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London with their search for a Principal Town Planning Officer to join their DM Team on initial 3-month Contract. The candidate must be experienced in drafting, negotiating and securing, and implementing, planning performance agreements. This will be a key element of the role to provide additional capacity in the Planning Service. Interview Process: MS Teams Interview Working Hours: 35 hours p/w Working conditions: Flexible working, likely to be predominantly remote but will be required to go to office for training, meetings and, if necessary, site visits at least twice per week.
