This is a fantastic role for an ambitious planning professional looking to take the next step within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.Working as part of an established planning team, you will lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, strategic land and regeneration schemes throughout Wales and the wider UK.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering planning strategies and supporting the continued growth of the Cardiff office.Key Responsibilities:Managing a wide range of planning applications and appealsProviding strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholdersPreparing planning appraisals, representations and policy submissionsLeading client meetings and project teamsMentoring junior planners and contributing to team developmentSupporting business development activities and networking initiativesRequirements:MRTPI qualifiedProven experience within either consultancy or local authority planningStrong knowledge of the UK planning systemExcellent report writing and communication skillsAbility to manage projects independently and work collaboratively within a teamCommercial awareness and strong client-facing skillsWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
