The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, client management, and supporting the continued growth of the planning team.THE ROLEAs a Principal Town Planner, you will lead on planning projects from initial strategy through to submission and determination.You will manage client relationships, provide strategic planning advice, and support junior colleagues while continuing to develop your career as a Principal Town Planner within a respected multidisciplinary consultancy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading and managing major planning applications and appeals Providing strategic planning advice across a range of development projects Preparing and reviewing high-quality planning reports and supporting documentation Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders Supporting and mentoring junior team members Attending client meetings, consultations, and site visits Contributing to business development and networking ..... full job details .....
