Contribute to winning bid responses with compelling training content and strategies.What We’re Looking ForERP Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle (or SAP/Workday) training delivery in large transformation programmes.Strategic Mindset: Define go-to-market training strategies and design programmes to maximise value from implementations.Instructional Authority: Apply adult learning principles, develop engaging multi-format content, and deliver across formats.Clearance-Ready: Eligible for SC Clearance (UK resident for the last 2 years).Why Join Version 1?Award-Winning Culture – 10 years as a Great Place to Work, Oracle Innovation Partner of the Year 2023Real Career Growth – Leadership mentoring, structured progression, quarterly reviewsProfit Share and Perks – Bonus scheme, healthcare, pension, generous leave policiesMeaningful Impact – ESG, diversity and inclusion, purpose-driven transformationLearning Investment – Certifications, training, and morePrincipal Oracle Training Consultant – Job ResponsibilitiesTraining Strategy: Design and implement a robust training strategy aligned with transformation goals.Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct persona-led analysis based on Change impact assessment to identify skill gaps.Training Plan and Curriculum: Develop a comprehensive plan and curriculum for diverse user groups.Training Materials: Oversee the creation of engaging, role-specific training content across formats.Training Delivery: Manage delivery across virtual, in-person, simulations, drop-in and other formats.Scaling and Evaluation: Ensure scalable training solutions and evaluate effectiveness.Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional training team and foster collaboration.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in training content and delivery.Ongoing Learning: Support transition to Managed Services and knowledge retention.QualificationsExperience leading training programmes for large ERP transformations (Oracle preferred; SAP or Workday acceptable).Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).Instructional design / training certifications (CPTD, APTD, CELP or equivalent) is a plus.Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools.Additional InformationStrong Career Progression and mentorshipTraining budget for accreditations and educationAwards and recognition programs; ESG and CSR involvementFlexible remote/hybrid options; pension and health coverThis is hybrid based with occasional travel to your nearest base office.How to ApplyPlease note that you must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom and be eligible for Security clearance.
