What You Will Do as Principal Modelling and Simulation Engineer: - Lead the development of system and vehicle-level models, including plant and control algorithms.- Define modelling approaches, requirements, and verification strategies to drive confidence in outputs.- Own delivery of technical activities or work packages end-to-end, from planning through to presentation.- Present results and technical outputs clearly to internal and external stakeholders.- Support and mentor junior engineers, helping bring structure and clarity to complex problems.- Contribute to planning, task definition, and delivery prioritisation to keep momentum and deadlines on track.
