Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of major mechanical engineering projects.
• Provide strategic input across multidisciplinary schemes.
• Develop sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams.
• Maintain and develop key client relationships.
• Support business development and project bids.
• Review and approve complex engineering designs.
• Drive technical excellence and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Extensive consultancy experience within building services.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven client-facing and commercial experience.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK regulations and standards.
• Passion for sustainable and low-energy design.
