They’re now looking to appoint Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineers to join their well-established and collaborative Birmingham office. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering technically excellent mechanical designs on a wide range of complex projects. This is a key leadership position that blends technical delivery, client engagement, and team development, with the chance to play an integral role in both local and national schemes.What we are looking for

A proven background in building services mechanical design, ideally within a consultancy environmentStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and wider mechanical servicesExperienced leading projects and coordinating input across disciplinesStrong communicator with excellent client-facing skillsProficient in industry-standard tools such as Revit and AutoCADFamiliar with UK Building Regulations and relevant British StandardsA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvementExperience across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or science and research is beneficialSeniority level
