Client: My client is a growing building services consultancy with a team of around 20 people, delivering a good mix of commercial and residential projects. Their workload is split roughly 50/50 between client-side and contractor-led projects, giving engineers the chance to work across a varied portfolio and gain well-rounded experience.

Despite their growth, they've kept a close-knit, supportive culture where everyone is approachable and there's plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and directors. They have a strong leadership team in place, regular monthly socials, and a genuine focus on helping people develop their careers. With the business continuing to grow, they're now looking to bring a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer into their London office.

Role: Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
