Principal Lawyer- Health and Adult Social Care The Role: We are seeking a Principal Lawyer to lead a team delivering high-quality legal advice primarily in Community Care and Litigation matters. You will: Lead and manage a team of lawyers handling complex and sensitive cases.Provide specialist legal advice to public sector clients, including senior officers and elected members.Represent clients in courts, tribunals and negotiations where required.Ensure compliance with statutory duties, particularly within health and adult social care law.Develop strong client relationships and support service development and new business opportunities.Supervise, mentor and develop colleagues while maintaining excellent standards of client care. About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive legal professional with strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality public sector legal services. You will be a qualified lawyer with substantial experience within adult social care and mental health alongside previous management responsibilities.
