Start your morning collaborating with executive tech leaders on strategic workforce planningPartner with recruitment to design innovative hiring strategies for critical rolesAttend a Tech strategy review to deepen understanding of the business vision and talent levers needed to achieve itCoach leaders through organizational changes and growth opportunitiesAnalyze attrition and engagement data to develop targeted retention initiativesLead an internal discussion session on how developer AI tools can drive business impactDrive inclusive leadership practices through team development sessionsShape compensation strategies that reward tech excellence and innovationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Strong track record of impact in an HR generalist leadership role, or equivalent experience such as organizational consultingBachelor''s degree from an accredited universityExceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach senior leadersStrong analytical skills, including ability to deep dive data, surface insights, and build recommendations that have measurable impactPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
