The main duties of the experienced Principal Highway Engineer are: Lead the delivery of major capital highways and infrastructure programmes from concept through to completion. Manage and coordinate high-profile transport and regeneration schemes funded through major government investment programmes. Oversee the planning, programming, design coordination, and implementation of highway improvement projects. Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
