This is a senior opportunity for an experienced geotechnical engineer looking to take on greater technical responsibility, lead projects and support the development of junior engineers. The role: Lead and manage a range of geotechnical projects from investigation through to design and delivery. Provide technical input across foundations, retaining structures, ground improvement and earthworks. Review and interpret ground investigation data and produce technical reports. Undertake and review geotechnical calculations and design work. Liaise with clients, contractors and other design disciplines. Support and mentor junior and graduate engineers. Contribute to bids, fee proposals and business development. Take responsibility for the technical quality and delivery of projects.
