We are seeking an experienced Principal Geoenvironmental Consultant to join our London office, with a key focus on business development and client relationship management. You will lead high-profile projects across geotechnical and geoenvironmental disciplines, supporting commercial, infrastructure, and redevelopment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex geoenvironmental projects, providing technical guidance and oversight.

• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, tender documents, and project budgets.

• Mentor and support junior staff, promoting technical excellence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering.

• Extensive experience in geoenvironmental consultancy, including project leadership.

• Strong business development, client liaison, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.

• Chartered status desirable (CGeol or CEng).
