You will help drive excellence across projects and deliver world-class life safety solutions to a varied client base in 2025. This is a key hire for our expanding Birmingham team. We are a trusted partner for many of Europe’s leading property clients.As a Fire Engineer you will be part of a dynamic technical team, collaborating with our Forensics division on industry-leading projects.Opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team that prioritises people, clients, and communities.Early progression opportunities; we encourage Engineers to pursue Chartered status and provide support during the process.Responsibilities

Manage large and complex projects to ensure delivery to important clients.Contribute to a broad portfolio of UK and global projects across various building types.Proficient in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and analysis for smoke movement.Develop and use other computer modelling tools (e.g., CFAST, Pyrosim, Pathfinder) to provide alternative fire engineering solutions.Lead and mentor engineers and graduates, and manage project personnel.Engage with clients and handle construction-related queries with confidence.Contribute to business development and help grow the client base.Requirements and Qualifications

Background in fire engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Ideally working toward Chartered Engineer status.Our People Are Our Greatest Asset
