This is a senior opportunity to lead the delivery of innovative fire safety solutions across a diverse range of complex projects, working with high-risk buildings and clients throughout the UK, with a focus on the South of England and Greater London. The Role As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will: Apply advanced fire engineering principles to complex buildings and fire safety scenarios Develop and deliver fire strategies for complex and higher-risk buildings Ensure fire safety compliance through detailed application of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant engineering codes Provide expert advice on escape routes, evacuation strategies, fire service access, and structural fire resistance Support clients in negotiations with Building Control, Fire Authorities, and other regulatory bodies Lead fire engineering delivery across multiple national projects Take responsibility for technical assurance and provide expert professional judgement Manage, mentor, and support surveyors and junior fire engineers Communicate complex fire engineering concepts clearly to clients, regulators, and internal teams Lead regulatory ..... full job details .....
