This Contract role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership while delivering robust software for high-integrity, real-time systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation and testing of embedded software platforms for real-time microcontroller systems Develop low-level and application-level software using C, C++ and assembly Design modular, scalable and reusable software components, including device drivers, communication stacks and hardware abstraction layers Work with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART and Ethernet communications, as well as middleware, bootloaders and firmware update mechanisms Translate system-level requirements into software specifications and maintain architecture and design documentation Plan and execute unit, integration and system-level testing, using static and dynamic analysis tools to support software quality Support compliance with relevant standards, including MISRA-C, CERT C, I...
