What You’ll Be DoingAs a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll:Oversee and deliver a portfolio of projects from concept to completionLead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, including mentoring, appraisals, and developmentEnsure high-quality outputs and effective workload distributionMaintain and grow strong client relationshipsSupport the Director with local business development and marketing initiativesContribute to effective project cost and resource monitoring via PRDBWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in Electrical Building Services DesignA track record of managing teams and leading projects across multiple sectorsStrong interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing skillsA proactive mindset with a focus on quality and innovationDegree or HND-qualified in a relevant disciplineChartered status or working toward it is a plus?
