Working closely with systems, electronics and mechanical engineering teams, you will provide technical leadership on electrical architectures, component selection and system integration activities, ensuring robust and reliable solutions are delivered throughout the product lifecycle.   The Principal Electrical Engineer will be responsible for: Defining requirements for electrical components and interfaces across high- and low-voltage systems. Supporting the development of electrical architectures, protection strategies and communication interfaces. Leading the selection, evaluation and approval of electrical components including connectors, contactors, relays, fuses and sensors. Assessing component suitability against electrical, thermal, environmental and EMC requirements. Developing and maintaining component specifications and interface definitions.
