Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects, offering expert guidance and sustainable design solutions.

Conduct audits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

Support bids and review tenders to ensure technical and commercial alignment.

Manage design subcontracts and deliver detailed electrical designs.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

Ensure compliance with design standards and CDM 2015 responsibilities.

What We''re Looking For

Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Proven experience as a Principal Electrical Engineer across multiple sectors.

Strong knowledge of regulated construction projects and full project lifecycle.

Proficient in British Standards, CDM 2015, and LV/HV systems.

Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux, SKM, and digital engineering tools.

Experience in hazardous area design and quality assurance.

Passionate about mentoring and driving efficiency.
