Overview

MCL requires a Principal Electrical Engineer on a Pre- FEED and FEED Project for our oil and gas client.Duration:

an initial 12 month contract role that has an immediate startRate:

a target limited company rate of circa £60.00 per hour.Location:

The role will be based on 5 days a week in the Clients Offices in Leatherhead.Hybrid working is possible with two days remote working per week.The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a Qdos assessment**Candidates MUST have UK Right to Work**Responsibilities

Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing power systems for Energy transition projects for Pre-FEED and FEED work.The experience shall include:Conceptual designs for onshore and / or offshore projectsSizing and selection of 132kV / 11kV equipment, Large Frequency convertors, AC/ DC UPS systems etc.Development of philosophiesPower Systems Studies (ETAP or equivalent).Brownfield tie-ins at existing ..... full job details .....
